  • Our jewelry is 14k gold plated and 14k gold filled. We also use various glass beads, shells, pearls and raw stones to give it a sea inspired flair!

    All of our gold filled items are nickel free but our gold plated items are not guaranteed to be nickel free.

  • Caring for your gold plated and gold filled jewelry is an important aspect to ensure that your favorite pieces last for a long time and retain their beauty. Here are some tips on how to care for jewelry:

    Avoid exposing jewelry to chemicals such as perfumes, hairsprays, pools (chlorine) and cleaning products. These can damage or discolor your jewelry. If they are exposed, lightly rinse your piece and use mild soapy water and a soft cloth.

    Keep jewelry in a cool, dry space away from other jewelry items to prevent damage. Humidity is dangerous (do not store jewelry in bathroom while showering) to a pieces longevity, so keeping it tucked away in a dry, cool place is crucial!

Shipping + Handling:

  • Because we are still expanding, the ship time is 7-10 business days.

  • Its free shipping for all US orders. Orders outside the US have an added cost for shipping.

  • Once your item is shipped it is out of hands and into the hands of the United States Postal Service.

    We recommend reaching out to your local post office to file a claim and they should be able to help you with the lost/stolen item.

 

Returns + Exchanges:

  • We currently do not fix broken jewelry unless it has been 14 days or less since the arrival date of your piece. If it breaks before the 14 days, contact us at coastalcollectionsak@gmail.com and we can discuss what has happened to your beautiful piece!

  • As of now, we only do online store credit for US orders and International orders are FINAL.

    If you would like to return your items, they must be in original resale condition and you have up to 10 days to return at the arrival date of your item. If returned, you will receive a code that has the dollar amount you spent on your item plus shipping costs up to $3.

    10 days after your piece has arrived, your purchase is final and we will not accept returns.
